Correct Answer: Option B — 2

Rule 24(a)(i) requires two masthead lights in a vertical line when the length of the tow, measured from the stern of the towing vessel to the after end of the tow, exceeds 200 meters. Since the tow length is 75 meters, the vessel must display two masthead lights.
