Calculate the Sun's amplitude to find the true bearing. Compare the true bearing to the gyro bearing (076°pgc) to determine the gyro error of 2°E. Convert the true bearing to magnetic using 23°W variation. Compare the magnetic bearing to the compass bearing (167°psc) to find 1°E deviation.
