Convert chronometer time to GMT to extract GHA and Dec from the Nautical Almanac. Calculate LHA using the assumed longitude. Use Pub. 229 to determine the azimuth angle (Z) based on the AP latitude and LHA, then convert to the true azimuth (Zn) of 147.3°.
